These are the everyday terms of working with us. They are here so both sides know what to expect. Nothing here replaces what we agree with you in writing for your own order.
Prices and quotations
The price range shown on this website is approximate. It is there to help you plan, not to fix a price. Your final price depends on the actual design, materials and production required, and is confirmed in the written quotation we send you. A quotation is valid for 30 days.
Confirming an order
An order is confirmed when you approve the quotation in writing and pay the advance we agree. Your production slot is reserved from that point. [Mynsera: confirm the advance you take, for example 50%.]
Design approval
We send you a proof to approve before we make anything. Please check names, dates, spellings and wording carefully, because we make exactly what is approved. Changes after approval may add cost and time.
Making and delivery
We will agree a production time with you when your order is confirmed. Orders needed sooner than our usual notice are treated as rush orders and carry an extra charge. Delivery is arranged through a third-party courier. Any delivery charges are told to you separately, and delays once a parcel is with the courier are outside our control. Changes and cancellation
Tell us as soon as you can if something changes. Because everything is made to order for you, we may not be able to refund work already done or materials already bought. [Mynsera: confirm your cancellation terms.]
Handmade pieces
Everything is made by hand, so small variations are natural and are part of the character of the work. Flowers, papers and colours can differ slightly from photographs, and screens show colour differently.
Designs
Designs we create stay ours, and we may show finished work in our portfolio and on Instagram unless you ask us not to. Anything you send us, such as artwork or a monogram, stays yours, and by sending it you confirm you are allowed to use it.
Where we are
We are based in Shillong, Meghalaya, and Indian law applies to our work together.
