This notice explains what we collect when you ask us for a quote, why we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, please ask.
Who we are
Mynsera (formerly Dream Craft) is a stationery, florals and gifts studio in Shillong, Meghalaya, India. We decide how the information described here is used, and you can reach us on WhatsApp or by email through the links on this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address, along with what you would like made: the product, size, materials, finishing, colours, quantity, budget, your event date and location, and anything you write in the notes. We also keep the inspiration images you upload. Our website records which page you came from and whether you opened it from inside Instagram, which helps us understand how people find us. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your half-finished answers are saved in your own browser so you can come back to them; they never leave your device until you press send.
Why we keep it
We use it to prepare your quotation, to reply to you, and to make and deliver your order if you go ahead. We ask for your agreement before you send an enquiry, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us.
Where it is kept
Enquiries and images are stored in our database with Supabase, hosted in Tokyo, Japan. Your images are private: they cannot be viewed by anyone browsing the website, and only signed-in studio staff can open them. Access is limited to people who work with us, each with their own login.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back, and so we have a record of orders we have made. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your details or share them for marketing. When you place an order we give a courier the delivery address so they can bring your parcel. Messages we exchange travel through WhatsApp or your email provider, as they would with any message.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your agreement. Write to us and we will do it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right; you also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Photographs of your order
We love showing our work. If you would rather we did not photograph your order for Instagram or this website, just say so when you enquire and we will not.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging celebrations. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
